Hello, attached is tonight's heat sheet.   You can go ahead and write this on your kids' arm.  Here is an example for Elijah Fiebig who is in the Boys 7-8 Free, Breast and Back: 

E for Event  - H for Heat - L for Lane - Stroke 

E  -    H   -   L 
#4      2        5     Free
#24    1       5     Breast
#46    2       2     Back 

Hope this helps!  I usually draw a vertical grid-like line between the E  H and L, but it's whatever works for your kid!
